Dr. Daniel Lim - Board Chair
Southern California Area Mobilizer and Staff Training and Development Coordinator
Born and raised in Malaysia, and himself an international student in Canada and the UK, Daniel has been serving among international students for 25 years. The majority of that time has been with International Students, Inc. Daniel is the Mobilizer and Staff Training and Development Coordinator for Southern California, and partners with local churches and ISM communities to advance holistic, Kingdom-focused engagement in ISM.
Dr. Robert Osburn - Vice Chair
Senior Fellow, Wilberforce International Institute
Robert is the founder (2009) and was, until September 2020, the Executive Director of Wilberforce International Institute, an organization whose mission is to train college students, especially international students, to be redemptive change agents in their home societies and workplaces. He now serves as Senior Fellow. He speaks on comparative worldviews, Christians and academia, bribery and corruption, and nation- building from a Christian perspective. Bob and his wife Susan reside in Roseville, Minnesota, a suburb of the Twin Cities.
Randall Dyck - Board Treasurer
Consultant & Information Technology Leader
Randy’s life is focused on following and serving Jesus at work, at home, and in the body of Christ. HIs role as a consultant and information leader for Fortune 100 clients has taken him across North America and around the world. Randy has strong cross-cultural communication skills and a background in finance. He is also a faithful prayer warrior and longtime prayer partner for ISM. A native of Canada, Randy and his wife Amy now live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Dr. Francina de Pater
IFES Europe and Lausanne WIN Catalyst
Francina de Pater serves as National Director for International Student Ministry at IFES Netherlands and as Associate General Secretary at IFES Europe. Also she is catalyst for the Worldwide International student ministry Network (WIN) of Lausanne. She is married to Arie, they have 3 children and live in the cheese city Gouda in the Netherlands.
Cam Janzen
President, International Student Ministries Canada (ISMC)
Cam Janzen serves as President of ISMC, providing leadership to the ministry's mission of empowering international students in Canada to impact the world through Jesus Christ. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, he is passionate about equipping and encouraging ISMC staff while helping international students encounter the love and hope of Jesus. Cam is married to his best friend, Josie, and together they enjoy life with their daughter, two sons, and son-in-law.
D’Ann Burke
ACMI Board Emeritus
D’Ann Burke founded the University of Houston’s International Friendship Program and directed it until 2006. She has been a frequent presenter at ACMI and in NAFSA where she served as its Community Section Chair. She has been active in ISM for over 50 years.
